Returns
Our return policy is 60 days with a 30% restocking fee. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, it is necessary to contact Avanotek to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). Additionally, it will be necessary for the customer to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that meet the above requirements will be granted, however a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. This charge will be equal to 30% of the purchase price, and will be retained from the refund. Please refer to warranty information on individual products that were received in damaged condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
